How to recognise screen damage
A crack or shatter in the glass, a part of the screen that no longer reacts to touch, or dark spots that spread when you tap. A screen that only flickers, or shows nothing at all, can also point to a damaged panel.
A symptom can have other causes too – the diagnosis on the device shows what is really broken.
What the repair involves
We replace the screen glass or the whole screen, depending on what is damaged. Your device is opened carefully, the damaged part is replaced and everything is put back together. Which solution fits your device is something we see after the diagnosis.
What to bring
Your device – switched off if possible, and with a backup if you have one. A short description of when and how the damage happened helps us with the diagnosis.
